This location of the hotel is great 10 min walk to Disney entrance, the Ihope is crossing the street and a 24hrs CVS on the corner, the parking is included and is pretty secure, the staff was super nice, in the rooms some furniture look old but still we were able to have a good rest. Just the housekeeping is done like 2 or 3 times a week, I wish this could be daily, but besides that everything was great. This is my first option for future family trips to Disney. We went on winter so we did not use the pool but looks like it has hot water, will try it next time.

I stayed with my husband and my child. This is an amazing hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The location is perfect. Just a few blocks away from Disney. There is a swimming pool and parking! In the mornings you can grab a coffee in the lobby. There are many restaurantsoptions around! Next time I travel to Disney, I will definitely book this hotel again. A special thank you to Carolina that take care of us since the booking until check out and also to ALL the Front Desk staff. The hotel is just above hotel level. I have stayed at 6 hotels around Disneyland and this one falls middle of the road. Walls are paper thin and beds are ok. King bed is on the harder side, but I like soft beds so far most people it would be fine. Things are basically clean but looks like nothing has been updated for 30 years or more. Its a 3 in overall, but when compared to other like places its slightly better. The staff is clearly dealing with the same issues most places are. People who really don't want to be there. Front desk is decent depending on who you get. Every amenity is bare minimum. If you want a great hotel its going to be twice as much or further away. Good if you're on a budget.

Nothing fancy, but they have multiple room types that will accommodate many different party sizes. Right next door is a convenient store for anything you may have forgotten to pack or a little grocery shopping. Also works as the perfect stay for a Disneyland trip if you can handle more steps in your day. Just a 15 min walk to the Disneyland drop off and you'll be in the park on your favorite rides in no time!

Ideal location to Disneyland. Less than 15 minute walk. CVS next door which was convenient and I-hop across the street. Beds were comfortable, room was nice that the kids could be separated by the door but room could use updating and we could hear the people above walking around and kids crying. We were barely there so not a big deal. We would stay here again if going to Disney.

The employees are top notch! My little grandbaby got very sick and had to go to the hospital. We ended up missing our checkout time. Just trying to get back to the hotel and they didn't charge us for another day. They were very sweet working with us. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It's a short walk to Disneyland which was nice. We will definitely stay here again.

First of all, it was our 2nd time staying for a Disneyland trip and the young lady(Heather) at desk both afternoons we arrived is just fabulous. Courteous, friendly and professional and brings great credit to your establishment. Consider a bonus for her or some kind of formal recognition. Our only gripe and/or suggestion concerns the coffee that is provided at the desk. 7am availability is MUCH too late for the average coffee drinker(should be more like 5am), especially most of those headed to Disneyland early for "rope drop".

Great hotel for a budget-conscious Disneyland vacation. We can walk to the entrance of Disneyland (with a stroller) in about 10 - 15 minutes depending on timing and crowds. We've stayed here for a couple of years now and would recommend the hotel to other families making a trip to Disneyland. The rooms are clean and surprisingly spacious. Even the double Queen bed room had enough space for all 4 family members to comfortably stay. There was no microwave in the double Queen bed room but they offer a microwave in the lobby for guests to use 24/7. Complimentary parking in the nearby parking structure makes for an easy check in and check out. I believe they even reserve a couple spots for guests with oversized vehicles like sprinter vans. Sometimes they offer a promotional discount on the rooms so it's definitely worth checking out before you check in somewhere else.
